Bootcamp and Stroller Fitness

Have access to me as your personal trainer for a fraction of the cost!

-Early Morning Bootcamps are held in front of Coffe ‘N’ Cream on Eldorado Parkway in Frisco.  Easy access, and well-lit.  We love watching the sunrise!
-Evening Bootcamps are at Stafford Middle school.  There is a playground and basketball court on-site, incase other family members want to be nearby. 
-Stroller Fitness Camps are held at Frisco Commons where the parents gets some exercise and after class is over, you may wish to let your little one play with the others in at the park’s splash pad or playground.

1.   I'll come with all the equipment needed for your scheduled body fat percentage, measurements & fitness assessments.

2.  With my background in Sports Nutrition, I'll be able to help guide you with what to eat so your body becomes a muscle-building/fat-burning machine.  Check out my WHAT TO EAT page if you want to get some ideas in the meantime.

3.  Customized Work Outs designed specifically for you!  I'll start you off with an initial fitness assessment including an Overhead Squat Assessment, noting any muscle imbalances and corrective work that may need to be done.  We'll target the specific areas you wish to improve, while conditioning your body for overall health and functionality.  Increasing your Stability, Strength, Endurance and Power!   At the same time, I'll help ensure your results do not plateau.  I’ll switch things up and we'll confuse your muscles for maximum results with various training methods such as High Intensity Interval Training, Circuit Training, Pyramid Training and MORE. 

4.  Reduce the risk of injury and don't waste time doing exercise incorrectly.  Speed up your results by ensuring the exercises are performed correctly, you'll be hitting the precise muscles that you want to sculpt!

5.  Save time, money on gas and mileage on your car driving around Dallas to your gym.  Save time trying to get yourself (and kids) to and from a gym.

I provide professional one-on-one personal training to residents/guests of apartment complexes, senior living, condominiums, hotels, resorts, corporate facilities, and more. 

1.  Leverage the assets you already have in place by working with Fit With Motive.  My services are an additional amenity that you can offer your residents, hotel guests and property employees.

2.  I carry my own liability insurance and am certified by the American Heart Society with a CPR card. 

3.  My services are an additional amenity and service offered to current residents and provides another perk that can be advertised to future residents. I provide indirect marketing to properties by bringing in outside clients and providing exposure to the property and its amenities, thus increasing the likelihood of them becoming future residents.

4.  I will be able to spot damaged equipment quickly, and misuse of equipment, thereby preventing possible injuries and reducing your liability. Regular maintenance will help to further extend the useable life of your equipment and give you a greater return on your valuable investments.

5.  Property owners know that having onsite staff reduces vandalism, misuse, and abuse of property assets. Utilization of the fitness facilities allows me to observe any misuse in equipment, while at the same time reducing the risk of injury through our corrective exercise programs.
